23 June His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (does not confine himself to one particular religion believing that everyone has the right to choose their own paths whilst respecting the chosen paths of others) will lead Time for Reflection, prior to this he will meet a cross-section of MSPs.
24 September Srimoy Kar Mr Kar, the Editor of the New Indian Express (the most widely circulated Indian newspaper in Orissa), was in the UK to learn about foreign policy.

6 March Narendra Singh Editor of Dainik Bhaskar newspaper, Bhopal, visiting Scotland to learn about devolution. He is also interested in race relations and the Scotch Whisky industry
12 September Visit by Mr Michael Arthur CMG Mr Michael Arthur CMG the new British High Commissioner to India will visit the Scottish Parliament to find out more about devolution and how the Parliament operates and possible links between Scotland and India.
