Ministry of Environment and Social Planning, Kosovo Kosovo A delegation of officials from the Ministry of Environment and Social Planning, Kosovo, will visit the Scottish Parliament as part of a wider programme organised by BMT Cordah Limited, Aberdeen , to provide an understanding of the legal, policy and institutional framework for managing and protecting the environment in Scotland . During their visit to the Parliament, the delegation will meet with the Environment and Rural Committee to receive an overview of its work, as well as attending a meeting on the Scottish Parliament and devolution. 1

HE Mr Svetozar Marovic Serbia and Montenegro HE Svetozar Marovic, President of Serbia and Montenegro specifically requested that a visit to the Scottish Parliament be included in his visit to the UK to meet with the Prime Minister. The aim of the visit is to discuss Scotland 's experience with devolution and the programme will include meetings with the Presiding Officer and First Minister, a lunch hosted by the Presiding Officer and attendance at Plenary. 1
