Freedom of Information and Data Protection
Welcome to the Scottish Parliament's Freedom of Information pages. Our new and improved Disclosure Log now includes the documents that we provided when a request was made.
Please visit the Disclosure Log section to see the questions that we have been asked, how we replied and the actual documents that were released. This information is currently available from July 2008.
If you want to see disclosed information for previous months and years please e-mail us using this request form, quoting the relevant number from the previous Disclosure Log (see below for more information), and we will be happy to provide you with the requested documents.
How to search our disclosure log
You can search for information from the Disclosure Log by selecting a subject from the drop-down menu. To see the recently released documents, please visit our Latest Disclosures section.
Your Comments
The Disclosure Log will be piloted for six months, and we’d really like to hear what you think about it - both what works well and what we can improve on. So please send us your comments.
How to make a Freedom of Information request
You can ask us for information by completing this request form, and you can also check if the documents you're requesting are not already available. When making a request remember to include contact details so we can send the information to you. Please add as much detail to the request as possible so we can see exactly what information you need. If we need further details we will contact you. |
