Completed pre-qualification questionnaires and Tenders must be received by the "Return Date" indicated.

Sub-Contracting Opportunities

The Scottish Parliament may, as appropriate, issue the names of tenderers involved in a tender exercise to aid subcontracting opportunities.

This section provides details of potential future contract opportunities to allow suppliers to plan ahead.  A decision on advertising these requirements will be taken on a project by project basis as the procurement strategy for each requirement is developed.

Standard Documentation

The Scottish Parliament standard conditions of contract are used for all straightforward purchases and contracts. These conditions can be enhanced if a specific contract requires it and for the more complex and high value contracts bespoke conditions are used.
