You’ll plan, deliver and manage complex issues relating to the Parliament’s technical infrastructure, and supporting applications.  With relevant technical experience you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Infrastructure systems design, development and implementation

• Developing business requirements into technical solutions
• Contributing to planning and investment cycles
• Integrating new solutions into existing infrastructure
• Assisting with the development and testing of disaster recovery plans

Experience of 2nd and 3rd level Infrastructure support

• Investigating and resolving incidents
• Supporting a range of Infrastructure solutions and associated hardware
• Utilising management tools to monitor performance

Thorough understanding of Voice/ Data Communication technologies

• Ensuring voice and data networks are robust and secure
• Experience of LAN/WAN support including Wireless
• Experience/knowledge of Mobile Technologies

Organisational, analytical and problem solving abilities

• Experience and understanding of Project and Service Management methodologies

Leadership and team working skills

Excellent Customer facing and Communication skills
