The proposed Group will hold an election of office bearers on Friday 10 October. The elections will be carried out electronically (there will be no meeting of the proposed Group). The proposed Group will send an e-mail to its members with the names of prospective office bearers (shown below), asking members to vote on these options by 10 October 2008.
