Remuneration:		As part owner of Gils Motor Factors, 280 - 290 Colston Road, Bishopbriggs, G64 2BE, I receive remuneration between £15,001 - £20,000 per annum. As part owner of the family business I attend approximately 20 meetings per year.
Related Undertaking:		I am a director of a related undertaking but do not receive remuneration or expenses in relation to Pro Series Tools Ltd, a hand tool company, 11 Caryle Avenue, Hillington Glasgow.

Heritable Property:		I am part owner of a commercial property in Bishopbriggs with a market value between £200,001 - £250,000. I am part owner of a commercial property in Aberdeen with a market value of between £300,001 - £350,000. I am part owner of a commercial property in Hillington with a market value between £200,001 - £250,00. I am part owner of an apartment in France with a market value between £300,001 - £350,000.

Voluntary:		Unremunerated board member of Rape Crisis for which I do not claim expenses. Gils Motor Factors supply goods to customers in Scotland; in turn we are supplied from companies who are mainly based on the continent.
