I own a flat in the Edinburgh area with a market value of between £150,000 and £200,000 which was until 30 August 2007 my residential home. From 30 August 2007 I will receive gross rental income of between £5,001 and £10,000 per annum. The rental income I receive is less than the mortgage on the property. [Registered 27 September 2007]
