The President of the Slovenian National Assembly, Dr France Cukjati, visited the Scottish Parliament on Tuesday 27 June.

George Reid and the President of the Slovenian National Assembly spoke at a reception attended by MSPs, Scottish Slovenes and other guests.

The Inverness Gaelic Choir performed at the event in the garden lobby.

Inverness has been home to a Gaelic choir for almost 100 years.
