Scottish Youth Parliament sits in
Holyrood’s
debating chamber

In a first for the Scottish Parliament at Holyrood, more than 100 Members of the
Scottish Youth Parliament took their seats in the debating chamber on Saturday 24 March, as part of a two-day general meeting,
The chair of the Scottish Youth Parliament, Rajiv Joshi MSYP, was among the speakers.

| The sitting was opened by Presiding Officer George Reid MSP, who also chaired a question and answer session about the Scottish Parliament's engagement with young people. |
