Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Bill (SP Bill 10)

A Bill to make provision for the duties of local authorities in relation to parking places for use by disabled persons’ vehicles; and for connected purposes.

Current status of Bill: The Bill was introduced on 2 June 2008. The Bill passed Stage 1 on 26 November 2008.

Stage 2 will be held on 17 December 2008. All Stage 2 amendments should be lodged with the clerks to the Local Government and Communities Committee by 12 noon on Friday 12 December 2008.
