The remit of the committee is to consider and report on matters relating to equal opportunities and upon the observance of

equal opportunities within the Parliament.

Inquiry into migration and trafficking The Committee is undertaking an inquiry into migration and trafficking. Further information can be found on the migration and trafficking inquiry home page. Post-legislative scrutiny The Committee is undertaking post-legislative scrutiny on the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003. Budget Strategy Phase The Committee has undertaking scrutiny work for the budget strategy phrase with a view to informing the Committee’s consideration of the 2011-12 budget.
