Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill: call for evidence

The Justice Committee is seeking views on the general principles of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill, a Member’s Bill introduced on 27 May 2010 by Rhoda Grant MSP. Further information on the Committee's scrutiny of the Bill can be found on the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill Committee page.
